Friends who really are not my friends ( Found out the hard way this year) :(
Tonight was the first time in months that I rode for 8 miles and I felt no pain, in my bones. YESSSSS! Its been 6 mo. sense surgery and I was told a good year before I was fully recovered. Im determined to make that happen sooner ;) Oh and I my new work out CD is the new Blink 182, so good. Life just gets better and better!

Truthful Tuesday
Had talent come into the office today and one girl still had white power under her nose. It was sad to me.
Rode 7 miles after work (Bike ride) which is really good for me sense Im just getting back into working out after not being allowed to.
I had two glasses of wine ;)
Actually listened and sang loudly “Im All Out of Love” by Air Supply hahahahaha
